Privacy Policy

• Account data: your email address and a passkey public key. We never see or store a password.
• Broker credentials: the ProjectX API username, key, and account ID you provide so your bot can trade your account. These are encrypted at rest and are never displayed back to anyone — including you — after entry.
• Trading telemetry: balances, drawdown, positions, and trade results from your connected account — this is what powers your dashboard, safety controls, and billing.
• Payout claims: the amounts you claim and the proof documents you upload.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We store Stripe's customer and payment references, never your card number.
• Logs: basic technical and audit logs (sign-ins, configuration changes, safety actions) so the platform's actions on your account are traceable.

To run your bot, show your dashboard, enforce risk limits, send safety alerts (for example an evaluation breach or your bot going offline), charge the fees described in the Terms of Service, and prevent abuse. That's it — we do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to operating the service.

• Stripe — to process your payments.
• Your broker / prop firm's API — your credentials are used to connect to your own account; that is the product.
• Alert channels you opt into — e.g. the email address or Discord webhook alerts are sent to.

No other third parties, except if required by law.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Broker credentials are envelope-encrypted at rest with a key that never leaves the server. Accounts use passkeys instead of passwords. Each customer's bot runs isolated from every other customer's, and database access is partitioned per tenant. Servers are located in the United States.

One session cookie, used to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, no ads.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your broker credentials promptly and remove or anonymize the rest within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for billing, audit, or legal reasons. To request deletion, email support@fundedrun.com.

The service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it.
