FundedRun

Terms of Service

Effective: August 10, 2026

1. What FundedRun is

FundedRun provides software automation ("the bot") that connects to a prop-firm trading account that you own, using API credentials you supply, and places futures trades on that account according to its pre-built strategies. FundedRun is a software service. It is not a broker, not a fund, not an investment adviser, and not affiliated with Topstep, ProjectX, or any prop firm.

2. Your account, your risk

The trading account, its evaluation fees, its losses, and its payouts are yours. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. The bot's performance to date is simulated — it is not a live track record — and neither simulated nor past results guarantee any future outcome. You may lose your evaluation fee. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and no profit, payout, or evaluation pass is promised or implied.

3. You control going live

Every bot starts in simulation. Placing real orders happens only after you explicitly arm your bot, and you choose your own position size within the platform's hard risk caps. You can disarm, pause, or flatten at any time from your dashboard. You alone decide whether and when your account trades live.

4. Fees

Setup fee: a one-time $150, charged before access, non-refundable once your bot instance has been provisioned.

Payout fee: 15% of each payout you receive from your firm and claim through the platform, charged to the card saved at setup after the payout is verified. There is no monthly fee.

Your prop-firm account and your ProjectX API subscription are separate purchases you make directly with those companies, in your own name.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • use only trading accounts you own, with credentials you are entitled to use;
  • comply with your prop firm's terms, including its automation and consistency policies — confirming that automated trading is permitted on your account is your responsibility;
  • keep your payment method valid while you use the service;
  • report payouts you receive honestly when claiming them through the platform;
  • not reverse-engineer, extract, resell, or redistribute the bot or its strategies.

6. Our controls

FundedRun may freeze, flatten, disarm, stop, or disconnect your bot at any time for non-payment, safety, suspected abuse, or breach of these terms. Safety interventions (for example flattening positions before a stop) may close trades at a loss; that loss is part of your trading risk.

7. Credentials and data

Your broker credentials are verified, encrypted at rest, and used only to operate your bot. We store account telemetry (balances, positions, trade results) to run your dashboard and billing. We do not sell your data.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Software, data feeds, brokers, and firms fail sometimes; outages, missed trades, and errors are possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundedRun's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and FundedRun is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost payouts, or indirect damages.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time; disarm your bot and ask us to disconnect your account. We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms or non-payment. Fees already charged are not refunded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions: support@fundedrun.com.

By paying the setup fee or using the service you accept these terms and acknowledge the risk disclosure above, including that all performance shown is simulated and that you alone control arming your account for live trading.
